A spoof of the video game cover for Splatterhouse, called "Slaughterhouse" instead. An androgynous version of the vocasynth character Yi Xi is holding a cleaver and hack saw. They're being attacked by Teto, who's wearing a Jason Voorhees-style mask and trying to hit Yi Xi with a baguette. There's paint splatter on the foreground that says "the horrifying theme of this song may be inappropriate for young children...and cowards."

The V in SynthV stands for violence (Bday gift I made for @mendely. A spoof of the video game cover for Splatterhouse.)
