lia’s reaction to walking in on you changing your clothes

a/n: i’m only going to do 00 line for this because i don’t know how you all will feel if i do the baby line (especially yuna).

you were babysitting your neighbor's five year old hyperactive daughter until she got off of work at 8 p.m.

you had finally gotten her to calm down a bit in the living room with a coloring book and some crayons

you sat down on the couch to rest a bit when you received a phone call

realizing it was from your beloved girlfriend, you quickly answered the phone

"hey y/n! i was just calling to see if you're ready for our date, what time should i pick you up?"

you mentally face palmed and sighed

you had completely forgotten all about your date with lia

“lia bia i'm so sorry! i forgot that we had a date planned, and i took a job babysitting for my neighbor."

it was quiet on the other line for a few seconds before she finally broke the silence

"hey, it's okay! we can always reschedule. you sound tired though, is everything okay?"

you almost snorted at the question

you had been running around after the little girl and cleaning up her messes all day

you were exhausted and a bit sweaty and stinky to be honest

once you were finished telling each other about your days, you both hung up, but you were left feeling a bit guilty

you certainly didn't expect her to be so understanding about the whole situation

how did you get so lucky to have her?

you decided to return to the living room and help sujin color in her coloring book

just as she was in the middle of scolding you for coloring outside of the lines, you heard the doorbell ring

you playfully stuck your tongue out at sujin and she returned the action as you got up to open the door

lia was standing on the doorstep with some of her old toys, movies, and some yummy snacks

she smiled brightly, "need a hand?"

you grinned, pulling her in for a hug and letting her step inside the house, hearing sujin still running her little mouth

“awh is that the little angel?” lia asked, taking off her shoes and setting them at the door

“more like little demon” you chuckled, taking her hand and leading her to the living room

you introduced lia to sujin and you were thrilled when sujin adored lia within the first few seconds of them being introduced

“so you’re y/n’s girlfriend? i feel bad for you, she can’t even color inside of the lines.” sujin said, eyeing you as you stood behind lia, playfully rolling your eyes

lia laughed, going over to sit next to the little demon- I MEAN LOVELY CHILD 🥰 and inspect the coloring page for herself

“y/n why didn’t you ever tell me you were such a coloring catastrophe?” she mocked in a playful tone as you grinned

watching lia be so great with sujin made your heart warm, and you couldn't imagine a better person to call your girlfriend

with lia on the scene, it gave you a chance to take a breather and lia suggested you take a shower and change your clothes

“go ahead! sujin and i will start putting this puzzle together and put in a movie."

“yeah, and besides, you’re stinky.” sujin teased, pinching her nose and pushing you to the bathroom

once you were finished taking your shower, you retreated back to your room to change into a clean set of clothes

you had been gone for quite a while so lia decided to come check on you

"hey babe, i was going to put in a pizza! do you want cheese or pepperoni?" she asked, opening the door much to your horror

you froze in place as she looked over your body, coming to the realization that you hadn't finished getting dressed

you started to get a little insecure since lia had never seen you this way, and you wondered if she would think your body wasn't pretty enough for her

as if she could read your mind, she smiled softly and walked over to you, cupping your face in her hands

she looked you in the eyes and whispered to you how beautiful you were and how much she loved you

it made your heart swell with love and appreciation for your girlfriend

she pressed a soft kiss upon your lips and then pulled away, "now finished getting dressed so you can help sujin and i finish our puzzle!"

you and ryujin became close friends after both being contestants on mixnine (heejin who??)

since you both were best friends, she honestly never expected to find herself in such a complicated situation

it all started when you saw one another at isac

you were walking around with one of your other idol friends when you noticed itzy was sitting close by

ryujin was too busy teasing felix for "copying" her hair color to notice you coming up behind her

you went over and tapped her lightly on the head, "why are you bullying felix?"

“he had the nerve to copy my hair color!" she pointed accusingly at the pink-haired boy as he rolled his eyes with a sigh

you rolled your eyes playfully before ruffling her hair, "in my opinion lixie wears it better!" you teased as she stuck her tongue out at you

you pushed her playfully before going to join your group, turning around to send a quick wink in her direction

she was caught off guard at the action and quickly turned her attention back to her victim as her cheeks turned bright red

"ooh does someone have a little crush?" felix teased as ryujin's eyes widened and she punched him in the arm

the next time you saw each other was when you came to visit itzy in their practice room while they were preparing for their "wannabe" comeback

you hadn't seen each other face to face in so long since your schedules often overlapped

so she was overjoyed to see that you were able to get away for a few hours and come visit her

being the curious person you are, you kept asking her to give a small spoiler for the choreography

after a few minutes of whining and poking her in the tummy, she finally gave in

"okay, okay!! but i'm only showing you the first part because it's my favorite." she winked

you squealed in delight as soon as she did the iconic shoulder move and you immediately wanted her to teach you how to do it as well

after many failed attempts, you finally fell to the floor laughing so hard that it made your stomach hurt

and that's when she knew that felix had been right after all

it confused her at first, considering that it was the same laughter she had heard over a million times before, but this time it hit differently

and from that moment on, she knew things would never be the same

it was during the women’s relay

the night before, you had lost a bet with your members, which meant that you would be competing in the relay

as you stood at the starting point, one of your members started playfully teasing you and the others joined in

they were making silly faces and shooting finger hearts in your direction, causing a loud ruckus

you sassily put a hand on your hip and stuck your tongue out in a playful manner at them as they continued to laugh and smile

finally, the relay began and the only thing that remained in your mind was the thought of getting the whole thing over with

and then it happened

the cute blonde girl who had been running in front of you twisted her leg and fell to the ground as she let out a painful cry

the other contestants continued to pass her and you couldn’t blame them; it was a competition after all

but seeing her like that tugged on your heart strings, and you just knew you couldn’t leave her

you stopped running and turned around, walking to her and squatting down in front of her, asking her if she could walk

completely ignoring your question she went on and on about how you needed to get up and continue to race or your team would lose

“what are you doing?? you’re going to lose if you don’t keep going!!”

you chuckled lightly, knowing that it was much too late to worry about that now

“you didn’t answer my question. can you walk or not??” you asked once more

she tried to stand up, but winced in pain as soon as she applied pressure to her ankle

“come on, i’ll help you get to your group.” you smiled, reaching out your hand for her to take

she took your hand in hers and smiled brightly as you helped her limp over to her members

itzy were so very grateful for you and quickly tried to get yuna settled as you said a quiet goodbye and made your way to your members

“hey, wait!! i didn’t get to say thank you!!” yuna called after you, a sad frown overtaking her face as she realized you didn’t hear her

for the rest of the day, yuna made it her mission to track you down so that she could speak to you

but sadly the time never came

itzy and your group weren’t sitting anywhere near each other, and yuna found herself feeling much too nervous to walk over to you by herself

“here, you can come with me to talk to my sister, and on the way back we can go talk to y/n and her group.” chaeryeong offered sweetly

yuna agreed, but once chaeryeong was finished visiting with her sister, yuna backed out, speeding past your group as if a pack of lions were chasing her

when curfew came and it was time for the minors to leave, yuna tried her best to make it over to you so that she could give you a proper “thank you” but was unsuccessful

the next time yuna saw you was at mama

your group sat directly in front of itzy, right beside iz*one

yuna found herself contemplating when would be the right time to get your attention and try to speak to you

one of your members noticed yuna constantly stealing little glances at you, so she whispered in your ear that yuna seemed to want your attention

you turned around with a big smile and waved to the adorable blonde as she waved back shyly and then turned to chaeryeong, as if she were asking the older girl for help

you giggled at her sudden shyness and tried your best to start a conversation with her, but she struggled to form an entire sentence

just as she got her thoughts together, the award show began and one of your members tapped your thigh, signaling you to turn around and pay attention

ryujin rolled her eyes with a smirk plastered on her face as chaeryeong quickly covered her mouth with her hand to prevent her laughter from escaping, both of them finding the youngest member absolutely adorable

yuna could barely even focus as the award show continued as she wondered why she became overcome with nervousness when it came to you

“and the female rookie of the year award goes to...itzy!!”

yuna was pulled out of her thoughts as the stadium erupted into screams and cheers of delight and people clapping for itzy

the girls made their way up to the stage as “dalla dalla” continued to play on the loud speaker as yeji accepted the award

the camera panned to your group and you quickly stood up, smiling as your members giggled, knowing what embarrassment was about to follow

you turned your back to the camera before turning around again, doing yuna’s cute hand gesture that comes after yeji’s killing part

“난 특별하니까 YEAH!!” you yelled, the building erupting into loud cheering as your members burst into laughter and your leader got you to sit back down

yuna was caught off guard at your sudden actions, and for a moment she just stood there in a frozen daze

chaeryeong nudged her back to life and yuna smiled that bright gummy smile of hers, waving her hands at you and shooting finger hearts your way as the crowd went crazy

and in that moment she realized why she was always so nervous around you

why her heart suddenly beat out of her chest when you were near

she had a crush on y/n l/n and she wasn’t planning on stopping anytime soon
