Men will use you as long as you are useful to them. No loyalty. You didn't even follow up on her laid off Steven even after all she's done for your band? disappointing.
Then they had a manager who was sucking them dry off money and contributing to the band falling apart. Nice move.
We don't have the same power in workplace as men do to this day. You will be skipped during picking candidates for higher positions. Men will be seen as defaults. They will have higher ups reach to them directly. The company will not even do internal hiring for a position. They probably do have a candidate. A guy. Still apply. Even if you think you don't meet criteria's.
