A little too much-Newt x reader x leta
Hey guys. The original first part of the Newt x reader x leta thing got deleted and since being the awesome person who does not keep backup, i have re written this piece. So, guys here goes nothing
Also, the plot here differs with what i had written in the first one :3 hope you dont mind.I did not plan on doing that, but i am really really sorrryyyy. :3 :3 :3

You were wrapped cosily in your blankets when you felt a soft tug at the corners and pulled the sheets right back into yourself with another tug.
Sighing, newt continued,”Love, you really need to get up now, like seriously please do please?”, you just grunted in reply.
“Darling, the occamies are giving birth today” This made you shoot right from your rather too comfy bed and within fifteen minutes you were in the case with your one and only, Newt.
The whole day was tiring and crazy yet seeing that happy smile on newt’s face just after the occamies gave birth, made the day a little more bearable. Gosh, you loved him.
Finally, you retreated to your room after dinner. With Newt resting his head on your lap while you just slowly ran your fingers through his thick, soft curls. Much to your dismay, the bell rang to detroy this perfect little moment. Wondering who that might be, you got from the bed thinking when Newt said-
“ Dont worry love i’ll get that”, you smiled in reply. Perks of dating a Hufflepuff, you smirked at this thought of yours.

Newt stood there, in shock, disbelief and maybe a twinge of happiness when he saw Leta Lestrange (Thats her name rightt?!), after all these years standing at his doorstep a stuttering, sobbing mess who still looked stunningly beautiful. Quickly brushing these thoughts away. He asked her to come inside and gave her a blanket with tea.
“What Happened?, Newt asked, voice filled with concern.
“My boyfriend, he left me. For good, i moved out , i do-dont kno-ow wh-ere to go or wha-”, Leta replied, letting all of her tears flow out.
“Shhh... Its okay. I’m always here. Always”, he replied soothingly and added
“Let’s get you warmed up” a he motioned for her to follow him. Just then, you came to the hall wondering why Newt was taking so much time when you saw her. Leta in close proximity with your boyfriend for the past three years. You shook your head in utter disbelief. This is not real.
“What is she doing here?”
“(Y/N), not now please”, without saying another word he quietly left.

Its been thre weeks since she had been here, at your home. You refused to accept this ridiculousness. Interrupting your train of thoughts, you saw Newt walking to you, without Leta by his side.
“Broke up with your girlfriend?”, you spat at him. You said, releasing all of your anger in this one sentence.
“What? I dont understand Darlin-”
“Darling? Oh, so you finally realised my existence huh? After three fricking weeks you realised my existence,I thought I mattered to you Newt, Hell three weeks earlier i would’ve sworn on my bloody life that you care about me, that you would care if i eat or sleep or die.Now, i am not so sure if I should stay. Not like you care, or i have a reason”
“THAT’S IT! (Y/N) You have not right to say that. You know I love you, i spent three years of my life with you.I live with you. Is that not reason to stay?”, he said looking hurt
“Is it really? Because the way I see it. The second, that bitch Leta walks in. You seem to forget all about me? Is that how it really is? Am I just a backup Plan for you? The one who always ends up picking up your broken pieces every time anyone hurt you, even if i end up getting hurt, but now you’re too occupied to notice. Me, having to stand up for you, to stand by you all these years, yet this is what you do Newt? Bring that exact person back into your life, who broke your heart and soul ages ago, to simply break your trust again?”, you continued seething at him
“You cannot talk about her like that (Y/N) let alone anyone else. Can you just respect my choices, for once? She is an old close friend. I cant just ask her to leave, your being paranoid (Y/N), She is going to stay as long as I like, as long as she likes.”, he shot back at you. This was the biggest argument you had ever broken into.
“And you definitely cannot leave”
“Watch me”, you got your bags which you had packed ages ago. It happened. Something you never dreamed of happening. Ever

Fantastic beasts and Crimes of Grindelwald review
Ok this is a NO SPOILER review with my own opinions
+ Just because I love the character doesn't mean that I'm defending the actors with certain controversies. Actor=/=Character
Things I liked about the movie
- Newt and Leta's back to school storyline. I LOVED IT. The young actors who portrayed those characters were incredibly symmetrical to original actors and how a boy from Hufflepuff and girl from Slytherin hang out melted my heart
- Everyone's sense of fashion
- JONNY DEPP'S GRINDELWALD Oh my god guys. Whether you like him or not, it's just... he just nailed the entire performance. Honestly, I didn't like how they styled his hair and looks, but once you watch the movie, they don't matter anymore. It's just the dark wizard himself inspiring and grasping everyone's attention. Once you step out from the cinema, the only character I thought about was him.
- Grindelwald actually proposes a very reasonable and convincing agenda which scared me. He reminded me of Michael Fassbender's Magneto in X Men. Compared to Voldemort, who proposes an extreme dictatorship, G sounded like he was actually fighting for the rights for the wizards.
- MY BABY NIFFLER
- Lkie the first one, it was nice to see the adult's wizarding world where they are not students, but and actual member of the wizarding society with strong and built up abilities
Thing I didn't like
- The storyline was extremely weak tbh. The first act with Newt and his animals was interesting & exciting, but the second act was dragging the storyline. The story only built up with conflict and more conflict without a proper climax in the movie
- Leta's storyline was full of plot holes and mostly dragging the movie. There is a scene which includes her talking for the entire scene which I felt it was kind of unnecessary and makes you roll your eyes and go 'uhh, can we move on to next part now??' I liked Zoe's acting, but it's just David Yate's poor storytelling skills
- There were a lot of UNNECESSARY SUPPORTING CHARACTERS. Like seriously, the movie could have been 100% fine without them
- The title 'Fantastic beasts' sounds like an mere excuse to explain Dumbledore and Grindelwald's storyline. Both of it could have been a separate movie, where there is a spin off about Newt acting like a Pokemon trainer, searching and analysing magical creatures, but the main movie is about the actual Dumbledore vs Grindelwald storyline. Why combine those two??
It wasn't a movie you'd enjoy 100% in the cinema because it didn't really solve or developed a storyline, but it makes you wonder and get excited for the sequel. 6.7/10 for me
