Ngl as much as I respect John M. Chu for splitting up Wicked into two films to fix the show’s pacing issues, it also leaves people who know what happens in the second act in a bit of a pickle until November.

Like there is so much that happens in Act 2 that changes so many characters (some for better, and many for worse) that I want to talk about and can’t with every Wicked fan because most want to not know what happens until the second film comes out.

And as much as that is a respectable choice and I don’t want to spoil the story for anyone, we are now at the point where we have to tag spoilers for the plot of THE SECOND ACT of a twenty year old broadway show 😭

All I’m gonna say for now is… the Fiyero haters aren’t surviving Wicked For Good

another little easter egg in the wicked screenplay that I LOVED was the emerald city residents getting described as “crazy rich ozians”, considering john m. chu’s movie resume ;)
