My ideal version of a stage production of EPIC: The Musical has Hermes in heelys with wings on them.
Like ig if you wanted to go high production you could rig him up like Peter Pan and have him fly around but heelys.
And that should be saved for Aeolus.
Alternatively you could go straight roller skates/blades but I think the surprise factor of heelys is better
