speaking of loud ass alarms, kaeya has 15 of them and sleeps through them all

sara watches you while you sleep from the corner of the room

xiao does this too.

itto sometimes tries to make you breakfast but always sets the fire alarm off

scaramouche sometimes pushes you off the bed when you’re dead asleep because hes evil like that

will look at you for a very long time

probably turn you into a bird or something if he's in an experimental mood

Dottore Headcanons

im back from the dead with head cannons for dottore even though i havent played genshin in months,, he is my current special interest so this might be a bit indulgent

note: these will be with and without an s/o ,, mostly sfw (brief mention of sex)

he has his own little wing of the fatui base (so his experiments don’t affect the other fatui or the surrounding ground

he has a few operating rooms but one big main one (he mostly uses the other ones to hold stuff like body parts or plants/ bacteria) the main room has a small office attached to it where he hold all his files and documents on his experiments, he uses the bigger one as his main base of operations) 

He is one of the most respected and feared harbingers (mostly cuz he’s more well known to the public than some of other members)

He can basically never die cuz he can create infinite clones ( but he’s still working on memory transfer) 

Original dottore is older than his clones (he’s around mid 40’s) 

He prefers to experiment on people rather than animals 

he, like the other harbingers, has a living quarters in the Tsaritsa base but he prefers to just sleep in his office 

Chronically sleep deprived (that’s how he stays so erratic) 

Has tried all the drugs 

Has even tested some harmful experiments on himself( mostly before he made clones,, has caused permanent damage to his body and blood) 

had a pet bunny when he was a child but accidentally killed it

With an s/o

his giving love language is acts of service and his receiving language is physical touch 

he is secretly very clingy

you were most likely one of his subjects but he liked you so much he decide to give you special treatment and manipulated you into staying with him

his concept of love is a bit messed up, he leans more toward obsession

he likes pet names like pet, love, dear, my sweet, and little one

he tends to have a short temper but instead of getting angry he makes threats to harm others (people you care about) or lock you in a room

he's toxic

but its okay cuz hes hot (/hj)

he likes to get you involved in his experiments and to have your input on things

he trusts you a lot (because he's convinced you that you need him to live)

the other fatui kind of know about you but don't rly care or give you any special treatment

pretty much every time ya'll have sex its in his lab or office

he likes when you wear collars or chokers

zhongli

no matter how often you randomly fall asleep with zhongli, he panics and thinks something is wrong

with him being the consultant for the funeral parlor in liyue, zhongli was always at meetings with clients and you usually tagged along

they were such boring meetings dealing with finances and logistics that it was easy for you to fall asleep during them

Your eyes fluttered shut within minutes of sitting down at a table in the Liyue Pavilion. The minute Zhongli opened his mouth about costs, your head tipped back and you were asleep. When your came to an hour later, Zhongli was peering at you with a concerned expression. A warm cup of tea was in front of you and you yawned dramatically. "What?" You asked Zhongli, raising an eyebrow at his look. "Are you alright? Did you faint?" He asks immediately. You roll your eyes. "We've talked about this," You say, "I love you, but you're so boring you put me to sleep."

kaeya

the one thing you and kaeya had in common was that you were both slackers from your jobs

kaeya liked to sneaked away to his office to write you love letters or steal klee and create chaos with her while you preferred to go to your office of your own job and sleep

you didn't even have to be tired but if you were given the chance to be alone in a quiet place, you were asleep

"Earth to Y/N...Y/N?"

A soft voice brought you back to your senses. Your eyes groggily opened and you lifted your head off your desk, your unruly hair falling into your eyes. When your eyes adjusted to the light, you noticed Kaeya was standing in front of you.

"Good morning," He beamed. You yawned and sat up fully, checking the time and seeing that it was almost noon. And since Kaeya had come to visit you at your job, you knew he was slacking off too.

"Can't I sleep for a few more minutes?" You smirked, opening your arms so Kaeya would envelope you in an awkward but comforting hug.

Kaeya pressed a kiss to your forehead, "I'll be the look-out for your boss."

And within minutes, you were asleep again.

childe

for the longest time, childe thought you had narcolepsy

your weird talent to fall asleep anywhere at anytime was shocking to him, especially since you managed to fall asleep at the worst times

like, for example, when you were supposed to be keeping watch of a hilichurl camp and had fallen asleep abruptly and nearly got your ass kicked if childe wasn't nearby

"You should see a doctor," Childe said for the tenth time, "It's not normal."

You only laughed at him, "I'm not just falling asleep whenever, Childe. I can just fall asleep whenever. Get it?"

He looked at you like you were crazy and ran a hand through his hair, "Whatever, whatever. Just promise me you won't take naps when you need to be patrolling, okay?"

You held up your hands in self defense, "You got it. I'll take a power nap when you take me out for dinner tonight instead."

diluc

similarly to zhongli, he was always surprised when you decided to take a random nap somewhere

you had trained your body to fall asleep anywhere at anytime since you were a little kid and you even considered it a talent nowadays

being able to fall asleep whenever you wanted got you out of a lot of duties and the more diluc got to know you, the more he picked up on your tricks

With the Ludi Harpastrum festival around the corner, you and Diluc were tasked with decorating the tavern and its surrounding courtyard. Except you really weren't in the mood to stand on a ladder for hours that day so when Diluc slipped inside the bar to grab something, you closed your eyes.

When he came back out and saw you asleep, Diluc clicked his tongue. He didn't want to wake you up but he knew you had only fallen asleep to get out of decorating. Upon spotting Diona sauntering around the town, Diluc left the girl with a very important task.

He decorated with Charles while Diona circled your sleeping body with rolls of streamers and stickers. When you finally woke up again, you started to plan a fake-apology for Diluc for your sudden slumber but when you looked down to see your body completely covered in party supplies, you knew you two were even.

ACCIDENTAL SLIME FATHERS (ANEMO VER.)

it was a good day in liyue. the sun was warm but not too hot to burn and the skies were a clear blue with no signs of rain coming anytime soon.

it was a rare opportunity so you decided to take a stroll in the forest.

after a few hours of berry picking, you stopped for a quick rest by the roots of a big and archaic tree.

unbeknownst to you, there was a certain slime floating right over your head.

and while you didn’t notice the foreign presence, someone else did.

you shrieked as xiao plunged right beside you, eyes dripping with strength and malice.

while diluc wanted to kill the slime, xiao wanted to decimate it.

he wasted no time and ran after the slime who bounced away in panic.

‘you almost died. twice.’ was all that ran in your head.

that is until the slime whimpered, effectively attacking your soft heart.

with a hesitant smile, you mumbled his name and xiao turns his attention to you.

were you hurt? did you need anything? should he race back to wangshu inn?

no, it was worse than that.

you wanted to keep… a slime? xiao briefly wondered if he accidentally hit you in the head or something.

good luck convincing him.

i’m not entirely sure how you’ll manage to do that because xiao was looking at you very strangely.

“come on, please? i’ll ignore the fact that you were practically stalking me when we agreed that you wouldn’t do that.”

“…”

it was a silence worth an hour at the very least. just as you were about to give up, xiao sighed and turned around.

“…tsk. you mortals and your odd behaviors.”

so now you have a slime child!

all was good in paradise.

…except xiao did not like the idea of playing daddy.

he would glare at the slime and prod at it when you mentioned some out-of-the-ordinary thing it did.

and god forbid you spend more time with the slime than with him. he just might snap.

like that one time you were gushing over the slime because it cuddled into you out of nowhere.

he waited until you left to get a drink before he stared at the slime. after a while, he reached out to tentatively pinch it which prompted an odd (in his opinion) sound from it.

it was like a more durable jelly and it’s very, very strange. it’s a little cold though and for some reason, playing around with it felt satisfying.

not like xiao would admit to it. he heard you climbing up the stairs and immediately withdrew his hands much to the slime’s complaints.

after that encounter, you notice the slime’s inclination to xiao.

like that one moment when you were fixing yourself a snack and when you turned around, it was gone. you intended to ask xiao for help but instead, you found the slime next to xiao just purring at him with puppy eyes despite the adeptus’ pointed attempts to ignore its presence.

one time, xiao was out and about, exorcising grudges and demons and all that fancy stuff.

in the middle of the fight, he spots the slime in the corner making heart eyes at him.

the way his heart dropped—

he swiftly finishes the one he’s battling and speeds to reach the slime.

he grips it very unceremoniously but you can excuse his attitude because he’s literally in the middle of a battle that could end with the both of them dead.

so now, there’s xiao battling cursed subjects with one hand because the other is too occupied carrying the slime.

after a while, he got enough room to breathe and he places the slime up on a tree.

“stay,” he says firmly as he pointed a finger at the slime. it was as if he was a father scolding a child.

in a way he was. trace amounts of disbelief and disappointment were in his tone but he wasn’t angry. 

he cleans up the rest of his enemies as quickly as possible and he brings the slime back to you.

you promptly began scolding it and the slime had the audacity to whine.

meanwhile, xiao was just crossing his arms in the background, watching the scene unfold.

even he had to admit that it was pretty cute.

later that night, you asked xiao to bring it along with him sometimes so it wouldn’t have to sneak around.

xiao surprisingly agreed.

since they’re around each other more often now, the slime slowly began carving itself a spot in his heart.

little taps of affection, not quite close to petting, just fingers lingering long enough for three quick pats.

sometimes, you’ll be on your way back to wangshu inn and you’ll spot them side by side, waiting for you.

even rarer, you’ll wake up around midnight to see both the slime and xiao missing but the soft sound of a flute being blown calms you down.

he’ll never confess to it but if anything happens to the slime, he’ll go out on his way to exterminate whoever did it.

it doesn’t matter if it’s a shrub or a treasure hoarder. they’re done for.

to sum it up, a very protective dad who pretends he doesn’t care but is always keeping an eye on it. 10/10
