I've been messaging back and forth with @mohammedalanqer after he shared his fundraiser with me, and very quickly into our conversation I offered to draw a comic about him to help boost his gofundme. he was incredibly excited about the idea and shared so many lovely pictures of his family for reference. the text is based off his story of him and his family living under constant bombardment, which you can read here.
he has been able to raise €50,403 out of €58,000, meaning he only has €7,592 left to be able to evacuate. please share this comic as much as possible so that he can reach his goal!

Gavril is a convict on the run due to his control over black goo that can eat people. His goal is to make his way from NYC to LA to meet up with an old friend he reminisces about, but he is intercepted by the FBI who struggle to combat his mysterious power.
Punk Rat Poison is a 4 minute action film with elements of horror and black comedy. It mainly acts as an introduction of Gavril into the larger story of BUBO!
All the Indiegogo information is in the link above, but essentially:
GOAL: $2000 to fund the film's production including music and BGs/animation REWARDS: Various digital goods in the lower tiers and Many physical goods like prints and merch in the higher tiers. STRETCH GOALS: Gavril Game Chapter 2 at $3k and Gavril game Chapter 3 at $4k
NOTE: This is flexible funding so you don't get refunded if the goal isn't reached! That's specifically because this is my thesis film required to be finished to graduate so whatever funds I receive below the goal will absolutely go towards it (+ rewards and taxes) as promised! URGENT - help my mom beat stage 4 colon cancer

hey everyone,
i don’t usually post things like this, but i really need your help. my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic colon cancer 2 years ago. she is on chemotherapy and has been fighting extremely hard to get a liver transplant, which would increase her lifespan and could potentially be a cure. without this transplant, the cancer will likely kill her within the next 3 years. she has secured a donor but insurance has repeatedly denied her requests for surgery under the excuse that it’s “experimental”. with both of my parents unemployed, there’s absolutely no way my family could afford this surgery.
it’s a long shot, but if you have the means to donate, PLEASE consider contributing to her gofundme. even a few dollars would help. if not, getting the word out by liking/reblogging would mean the world.

I know I haven't been super active on here for the last few months, but I don't know where else to turn... My name is Harmony, and I'm a 19yo trans lesbian who needs help escaping an abusive situation.
My mom and dad recently found out that I'm trans, and what was once verbal and mental abuse has turned physical and violent very fast. I've packed a suitcase and I'm planning on leaving, but I have nowhere to go and I'm so fucking scared.
I don't want to ask for too much but I would love to just get a hotel room for a few nights until I can find someone I can stay with. If it were summertime, I would just sleep in my car, but it's way too cold for that right now... The cheapest hotel near me is $60 a night and I only have $14 to my name at the moment. If you can send even a dollar, or spread this post, it would help me so much.

Lola is a black trans person in Nigeria who has once again been thrown out of their semi-stable housing without explanation (the reason undeniably being transphobia).
Nigeria is not safe for any queer person of any kind.
Lola has been having difficulties securing stable housing for months now. The last shelters she was in kicked her out after she tried to report transphobia.
She needs help, urgently, for food, HRT, and rent.
