19 days to lose weight. Today, I’ll be going over to my boyfriends, so I might get more exercise today (walking around, maybe doing squats and stuff)

Today’s meal of the day is from Panera!! I had a half salad half sandwich. I got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and an avocado blt with grilled chicken sandwich. Im eating in between meetings because I also have a chicken soup then Greek yogurt with granola and berries (and chips). I want to finish eating everything by 2 and I started at around 11.

I started doing arm exercises I saw on xhs (I take pride in being on the app before it was cool for non-Chinese people to be there, I don’t post I just vibe) while im in bed. Today im working from my bed instead of my desk because I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night.

I made a list of things I’ve been avoiding and losing weight is one of them so it’s time to buckle down.

Today I had mushroom soup (I like the way it looked) and the same Chinese porridge (with granola). I think someone ate my granola yesterday because I haven’t used it enough for it to be this low. I finished it out of spite so when whoever ate it goes looking for it they can’t find it. I’m going to move it to another place when I get more.

I mixed strawberry and passion fruit green tea. The sweetener today was agave instead of honey.

I also had less than à cup of caramel and chocolate pretzel clusters. I really wanted some but know that eating too much won’t do me any favors. I put it in this small cup instead of a larger plate which was my first thought.

I covered the porridge + granola because I wanted it to stay hot as I ate my soup first.

After work I took a super long nap while listening to affirmations then woke up and decided to do the laundry I’ve been putting off for forever.

I also had to fix one of my nails today. Anyways, I might start using my studyblr again since im learning new languages and need to improve my design skills anyways.

I think having hot things as my first real meal of the day is really helping my body. Also, I’m actually leaving my desk/laptop/room and walking around. I’ve been having lower back pain and my acupuncturist recommended I move more and eat more fiber so that’s what im doing.

I’m mixing 2 teas today and adding honey (same honey as yesterday). It really tastes good.

I love Chinese dramas and saw that in some they ate à grey looking porridge so I found it and bought it! This is my third time having it, I added granola and it made it soooo much more enjoyable.

I had 2 bowls (technically 3 servings but it was in one package- like 150 calories) of French onion soup. I didn’t finish the second bowl because it was saltier than the first. But besides that it was pretty good.

I’m already feeling so much healthier. Not ordering uber eats for lunch feels great, and I still give myself the option to do it for dinner. But today I had a lot so I might not do that.
