The way I see it, feminism is about equal rights, being allowed the same opportunities regardless of gender, and generally just being normal

Anyways, I don’t usually post anything too serious on here, it’s just it’s come to my attention that some people think all feminists are like ‘rahhhh we hate all menn’ and don’t realize that these people are a very small minority and/or are probably joking

Notice how tumblr users were delighted at conservatives "showing class consciousness" regarding the ceo shooting and regularly praise misogynists and even rapists for their pro-trans statement, but are awfully upset when they find out they agree in any capacity with those they label "terfs".

It’s so disgusting the things people say on here. I’m nearly 17 and I’ve been on radblr since I was 13, but I pretended to be 20 so people would take me seriously. I think there are probably many more of us than people think- like opabinia. I think there are lots of teens and young women who are so caught up in all the TRA stuff because, well, teens are the most dedicated activists for TRA shit and also the most vulnerable and gullible, and I’m sure there are many many teenage girls who aren’t quite in agreement or are fully opposed to trans ideology, or who are just rubbed the wrong way by any element of it, and they may find themselves on tumblr. It’s so disheartening for young women to see so much hatred for…feminists? So strange how things have changed so much in such a short period of time. Misogyny always finds a new form. Anyway sorry idek what my point is, I just bet that a lot of the “adults” or those we assume are adults on here are actually minors because this is the only place they can go and also minors are the most surrounded by trans ideology of anyone. I bet there are droves

Just notice, how every female-exclusive space soon turn the rules to "non-binaries, transgenders, dogs, parrots, everyone is welcome" while male spaces, stay for males only. We women should STOP sacrificing our space, we should stop being afraid of speaking up, we should stop reducing our body, we should stop being our last priority, all for the sake of not hurting men's feelings. This is not inclusion, it's misogyny with a mask, hidden behind the name of representation.

it's really nice and interesting to see a young radfem like me (15) on this website ^_^! most of the ones i've seen are well into their adult years and it almost intimidates me. thats why i typically just lurk lol. but i do have to say that radical feminism can be a truly agonizing thing sometimes, especially for a young girl. it hurts to acknowledge the gruesome extent of the patriarchy; it's confusing and painful and, to me, it can require a large degree of mental fortitude to not just break down sometimes. i say all this to encourage you to take breaks if you need it. you're young, i'm young, and i know serious topics like these can't always feel very good to think about. so rest, have fun, and find an inner peace you can come back to if things are stressful. best of luck to you 💕 :3

There is no way of truly knowing that the porn you consume is as "ethical" as it claims to be. Are you 100% sure that the actors haven't been trafficked? Do you know for certain that the performers are of age? Do you know, without a shadow of a doubt, that there is no abuse, coercion, or exploitation going on behind the scenes?
Just because something is marketed as "ethical" or "feminist", doesn't mean that it actually is.

Buying sex is an oxymoron. Sex by definition is consensual. If a prostitute wanted to have sex with a john, he would not have to pay her for it.
This is why prostitution is rape. Prostitutes do not want the sex. They need the money, they need food, housing, and childcare. Even to the prostitutes who have “chosen” sex work, it is most often a question of “Would you be raped for your children to eat?” or “Would you be raped to keep your home?”
In the public opinion, if you coerce a woman into letting you fuck her by offering her the resources she lacks, offering a hungry woman food or a sick woman medicine, a woman who would not have sex with you otherwise, you are a rapist.
But if you offer money to fuck her so that she can pay for those things herself, you are a feminist and she is empowered through the transaction.
You can only talk about misogyny on this site in passive language without getting backlash. It’s fine to say that it’s bad when women are oppressed, but saying it’s bad when men oppress women will ignite cries of “not all men!” It’s defanged feminism. It’s removing the actor in the situation, removing the oppressor class from the oppression.
But the patriarchy isn’t a force of nature, inflicting suffering without any real perpetrator. It isn’t an act of god. It’s an act of men.

Context- I saw a video of a man making fun Sexyy Red genitalia after her sex tape was leaked. He was saying how it wasn’t pink despite Sexyy Red being a black woman, he was a black man.
