mine is sort of like a budha bowl but with a microwave cooked potato or leftover rice and chickpeas i keep cooked and frozen and anything i might keep in the freezer that’s to say carrots or pepper so i just take a bunch of frozen stuff and put on some salad dressing which in my country means oil salt and lemon juice
