I call this therapeutic ranting.

When I think about it, the only person who got what he wanted (and not what he deserved no, not when the others have an ending like that) was Pentecost. Oh the joy he must have felt when he realised that he now has the perfect excuse to die the way he’s always wanted but thought impossible. What the fuck did he think, taking that opportunity, knowing that in his shit state of health he could well lose consciousness during the mission and most certainly doom Chuck to death right then and fuck the whole thing up (even more). But did he care? No he did not. All he cared about was getting in that Jaeger and die a hero’s death instead of dying of cancer and be remembered as the bureaucrat/politician whose greatest accomplishment was keeping PPDC together for as long as possible, which would be fucking meaningless and a huge waste of precious resource if Pitfall failed. And by then it was very likely to fail, let’s not kid ourselves. Don’t fucking tell me there was no other way. There were a dozen of cadets who tried with Raleigh. And they were chosen from a pile, which means there were more. At least they were young and healthy and less of a risk. Oh and didn’t Pentecost fucking said it himself? Physical compatibility? How is he more physically compatible with Chuck than any of the cadets? I know the movie tried to portray him as the selfless leader who sacrificed everything to save the world, but fucking hell, we are talking about a man who would rather track down a physically and mentally and emotionally traumatised Raleigh and drag him right back into war to die, than letting his precious Mako anywhere near the conn-pod. If he were truly that desperate, Mako would have been allowed to jockey long before Pitfall. And here it is, another poorly constructed lie. He said Mako could not pilot because of her childhood trauma, Onibaba. But who gave him that psych evaluation to support that? It’s not like Chuck didn’t experience the similar thing at a younger age. It’s not like Raleigh’s brain damage from piloting solo and mid drift while Yancy died in his head made him a lesser headcase than Mako. So why? What excuse did he have for not letting a capable pilot with the will to fight have a chance to make a difference, other than being extremely selfish? What made it okay for him to take Chuck down with him on his journey to his own heroism, when Chuck was so young and actually wanted to live? Who gave him the right to say what he said to Chuck, when he did such a good job shielding his child from a war Chuck has been fighting since fifteen? And has he shown any sympathy for anyone in anyway during the entire time? Even for Mako? Shit this is getting darker the more I think about it. So I’m going to stop now. Fuck that self-righteous hypocritical son of a bitch.

Lance stans: Stop making Lance come off as an airheaded flirt in promotional material!!

Dreamworks: Fine, here’s a three minute long video of Lance training and becoming possibly the first paladin on the team to activate a completely different class of weapon than his standard

Lance stans: … Oh can we also have him and Allura have a relationship based on mutual respect?

Dreamworks: By the way Allura and Lance also have a meaningful and deep conversation about their concerns for the team and the coalition without a single flirtatious word from Lance and Allura admits she does enjoy talking with Lance and it ends with them laughing together and joking around like real friends who trust and support each other would do

Lance stans: Uh uh how about the rest of the team acknowledging Lance???

Dreamworks: Did we mention Allura literally says the whole team has noticed that Lance has greatness within him?

Dreamworks: Oh yeah, and Lance’s secondary class of weapon is a sword just like Keith

Lance stans: ALTEAN LANCE??

Dreamworks: Oh, and the sword is an Altean broadsword just like Alfor used that Allura hasn’t seen since she was young

Lance stans: BLACK PAL—

Dreamworks: And Allura hints at fake!Shiro at the same time as pointing out Lance’s improving skills, meaning there may be an open spot at the seat of the Black Lion fairly soon. Possibly for someone with experience flying multiple lions?

So a few weeks ago I started MY FIRST ANIMATION EVER so here is a little sneak peek

I’m so exited about it. I know it’s not perfect but damn I love it so far 

Peter: "What the hell is that?!"

Does anyone else ever feel the need to post about the most mundane, whiny, or useless things cause venting is needed?
