A few days ago I was reading the wicked king and obsessing over Jude and Cardan and I thought "I can't live without my OTPs". And I just realised. People do that. There are people out there who will never feels the feelings when your ship has sailed, whether it's a book or a show. They will never know the feels, how your heart warm and how ships and OTPs heal your heart.

That's so sad.

i question how some authors can crank out a fic with like 50,000 words in like 3 days

like i’m started writing a fic in 2023, posted the first chapter and forgot about it for two years, remembered it, started writing it again and it takes forever to write even 2,000 words for a chapter 🫠

and i am having to use my work computer to write the fic bc my laptop is slow and doesn’t want to pull anything up, my desktop is in a perpetual cycle of trying to reboot and not being able to and i am not fuck with it lol, and i hate writing on my phone so it is rough going
