I have way too many AUs
Wild coupled with a headcanon of mine
Expanding on this a bit! Holders of Sky's Hero's Spirit: First (the original incarnation, predates Skyloft), Sky, Four (hero of Men, Minish, and the Four Sword), Time, Legend, Hyrule, Twilight, Warriors (maybe, I'm undecided whose spirit Wars inherited), the Ancient Hero (hero of the previous Calamity), and Champion (pre-BoTW Link). Holders of Hero's Spirit 2.0: Wind (the original, as Sky's spirit no longer existed in his timeline), Spirit (Spirit Tracks Link, Wind's immediate successor), and Wild. This is one reason Wild has so much fun with the Sheikah Slate and, later, the Zonai devices; it's a passion for engineering he inherited from Spirit (aka the only Link with a stable 9-to-5). Warriors could theoretically also be in Wind's spiritual lineage, depending on whether the timeline merged before or during his adventure.
I also believe that, in the case where Wild and Champion are different souls, Champion absolutely sticks around like the rest of the champion's spirits. He's the one supplying the time magic for Flurry Rush and aerial archery. Unlike the rest of the champions, instead of separating his ability into a spirit orb thing to gift it to Wild, Champ just naps in Wild's soul as his whole entire self. With Wild as his anchor, he's not planning to move on until Wild does. (This is how Wild is able to get Champ's memories too.)
LU Idea
I have a new LU headcanon. It combines two others I've seen: first, that Wild is not the same person/soul as Link from before the Shrine of Resurrection, and second, that Wind forged his own Hero's Spirit, rather than being a reincarnation of Sky. What if pre-Shrine Link (Champion) had Sky's spirit, but his soul had already passed on when his body was placed in the Shrine. The Link who emerged 100 years later (Wild) is therefore Wind's reincarnation, not Sky's.

BOTW Marblod Plain
I started this as a background study a while back then forgot about it. Thankfully scrolling through old WIPs means that I came across it and decided to finish it. I absolutely love Breath of the Wild and have played it a few times now. One of my runs I decided to take a bunch of screenshots with the intention of redrawing them. Here’s the first of many I hope!

Day 3 : I'm still mad about Purah, and I really miss the camera, I just want to take photos! I decided I wanted to get the Kakriko Fairy, so I went along the west side, because I foolishly believed this would be the side that it would be easier to avoid the village itself. But no one told me there were THREE GARDIANS between the Dueling Peaks and Kakariko! I saw the first one and went oh there's a guardian here, I can avoid it though, wait, that's a second one...what do you mean there are THREE! IT'S SHOOTING!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!
Anyways, got my second Great Fairy, went north to get the deer shrine (It took me forever because I have no stealth gear and deer are paranoid), and the Lanayru tower. And got a few more shrines.
Day 4: I did some shrines as I got to the Woodland tower, Eldin tower, and reached the base of the Akkala tower. My cat decided she wanted to help and slept on my chest as I played, new difficulty level I guess.
Day 5: I accomplished a lot, I finished getting the Akkala tower, unlocked my third Great fairy, and flew down to see if it was possible to get ancient arrows from Robbie if you have not talked to Impa. It was not, he wasnt even in his lab! and there was nothing to place the blue flame in so I could not get the lab as a travel point either. Since I was up there, I for some reason decided to get the Lomei Labyrinth, I completed it and was shocked to discover that was where you get the barbarian armor! For some reason I convinced myself they were in Major Combat shrines. So I went to get the South Lomei Labyrinth since I had already gotten the Wasteland Tower. I then traveled to the east to get the Lake tower, and got the extravagant armor from the minigame, and set off to get the other set of armor too, I did not accomplish that (because I suck at horseback archery). Since I had been getting a lot of towers I decided to go get the Ridgeland tower. I almost died an embarrassing amount of times, Wizzrobes are my third most hated monster after Lynels and Guardians, which considering the fact the other two are both basically minibosses, my dislike of Wizzrobes are massive.
Day 6: This was the day I realized how close I was to 40 shrines (you need 40 shrines worth of hearts for the Master Sword), so I made that my goal of the day. I got shrines from the Tabitha area and Hyrule Ridge. I however did not have enough money for the fourth Great Fairy. I did however get 13 hearts! (I've been using the Goddess Statue from the Great plateau and in the Forgotten Temple as all others are in villages/towns). So I ran to the Lost Woods and entered the Korok Forest and retrieved the Master Sword!
Also, did I wait to update this till I finished my artwork? You can't prove anything.
Stupid Challenge!
In honor of all the feral Breath of the Wild Link fics I decided to give myself a very stupid challenge: See how much you can accomplish without going into towns.
I wanted to see how feral you could actually play Link, so I gave myself some rules
No Towns
Accomplish as many side quest and main quest as you can
You can go into Stables but no staying the night
Anything on the Outskirts of a town are allowed examples include but not limited to: Kakariko Great Fairy and Shrine, Link's House, Purah's Lab, ect
The Lost Woods are allowed because Koroks have never counted in any of the feral Link fics
However you cannot enter the Lost Woods until you have enough hearts to pull the Master Sword first try
So this is my stupid challenge, Ill try to document how I do on here so not only my partner is inflicted with my insanity
Days 1 and 2
The great Plateau suffered none from this challenge as is expected. I cooked a bunch of food, went to Satori Mountain and went to get the white horse first, I succeeded and named her Epona because I don't have the amiibo Epona. I raided the Misko Treasure cave behind the Dueling Peak Mountains, and got the Gerudo tower, Dueling Peaks tower, and Hateno tower. I then realized that with the exception of clothing you can get from shrines I can't get my hands on armor. So I went and got the Gerudo Vai set since you literally have to get it out of town. I also went and got Terra the Great Fairy. I had a bunch of wood from Satori Mountain so I rode over to Link's House avoiding the Village and bought it, I didnt have enough rupees so I mined ore on the Dueling Peaks and sold it to Beedle and went back to pay for it in full. Hudson went off to build Terry Town and I went to see Purah because I really missed the Camera. I went to talk to her and she sent me over to Symin, I didnt think much about it until he said they can't do anything until I talk to Impa. Purah wont stop pretending she's a kid until i meet Impa! and Impa is in a town! Which is against the challenge!
