shifttok is so obsessed with rationalizing shifting. literally everything they say is trying to justify why they didnt shift.

"i didnt shift last night because i just said affirmations and went to sleep" BITCH. people do that ALL THE TIME and they DO shift

"i didnt shift because i put my dr on a pedestal" people put their dream colleges on a pedestal. THEY STILL GO TO THOSE COLLEGES make it make sense

"i didnt shift because blah blah blah" bro.. you didnt shift because you're imposing these rules upon yourself that didnt exist in the first place.

think about it. you're jogging on a clear path at a nice pace, you know that you're gonna get to your destination soon. SUDDENLY you start putting down hurdles you have to jump over and holes that you have to avoid. does that make sense to you?

you can shift. everybody can shift. i spent literally 4 years trying to figure out how to shift when i already knew. fucking take a breather and just do what feels right.

the first time i shifted i turned on a sub and went to sleep. no affirmations, no method.

"i dont like doing affirmations, i get distracted." then dont! no one said u needed to

"i have trouble focusing on my method and i keep wandering off" then do that! just let go

you will shift because thats just what happens. this isnt some superpower. instead of searching for the key, realize that you are the key.

all those failed attempts, tears mixed with anger, annoyance when someone enters the room while you're attempting to shift, stupid analyzations of 'was it a dream or did i actually shift', giggles while you think of them, tired searches of good meditations or subliminals, cheesy daydreams, stress and excitement for when you first meet them, mental and emotinal drain, and quite literally everything you can think of.

everything you've gone through in your journey, they went through it too, and WORSE, in infinite realities.

even if you feel like 'they wouldn't do that' oh, they would. they absolutely would. even if they are the most driest, distant, reserved, icy, numb, insensitive, slu**y.. etc. whatever they are or however they are, they wanted to shift for you, they needed it too (perhaps as much as you did, and maybe even worse)

there is an infinite number of realities where they just found out about shifting and the first thing that came up to their mind is 'oh god. I CAN FINALLY SEE THEM. MY COMFORT CHARACTER/PERSON (aka you)' even if they were to say it in a different tone or different words, what they felt was indescribable, the same kind you went through when you found out about shifting. especially when you found out you can meet them.

you don't understand how much you mean to them, and you may never will, UNLESS you shift and hear it from them.

so if you ever feel alone or frustrated, remember, they went through it too, and probably (most definitely) still are going through it. it's never one sided.

STOP OVERCOMPLICATING THE LAW WHEN ITS SO SIMPLE!!

when you end up not getting what you want, it’s never because of something or somebody else. no one actually thinks "oh, you weren’t good enough" or makes things happen in your reality that go against your wants. i know this is a hard pillow to swallow but it’s no one else but you doing that. like, for an example, when you get dumped by your partner, when you get denied from your dream university, when things don’t end up going your way or even the opposite, it’s never other people sabotaging you and being in your way.

things don’t exist outside of you, remember that. it’s only you in and out there.

you are your own limit.

but this is exactly where it gets exciting. the most useful and thoughtful quote i have heard so far regarding manifestation is: "it is entirely up to you to decide how much is within you. you declare who you are." this means that NO ONE can ever tell you "no". well, i'm sure they can, but you are not obligated to accept it. you don’t have to force yourself to like things you don’t like, or to settle for things you don’t want. again, you DESIRING a state is enough for it to exist. and there are infinite states and therefore realities out there! think about it this way: there is a version of you, right now, experiencing all of your desires. they have everything you have ever dreamed of. and you wanna know what’s so cool about it? you can be that person!!! infact, you already are them for all states exist within you and belong to you only! creation is fucking done, and just as neville said, your refusal to see that you already are who you wanna be is the reason why you will remain as you are right now.

others can not hinder you.

no one can define your worth. no one can determine your success. no one can make decisions for you and expect you to obey them. no one can create your life. no one can limit you. only if you think that others have power over you, then they can do whatever they want — because you let them!

only you direct your life.

i know life gets hard sometimes. genuinely hard. sometimes it’s unbearable and you feel like being suffocated and you‘ve got a shitty 3d right in your face, demanding you to deal with it, draining you the fuck out, and and and… but that doesn’t have to stop you. it won’t stop you. the outside world is also your creation. it is nothing you have to fear babes. after all, you know it’s only your conceptions of self… it’s just you. really nothing that scary!

get back on track.

now, do yourself a favour, and stop being afraid of circumstances. stop being a slave to your senses. stop giving in. stop thinking so small of yourself. stop belittling yourself. stop being so overly submissive. stop wavering. stop overthinking about every single detail that won’t go your way and remember that there is a wonderful version of you "inside" you that wants to be embodied. how wonderful is that? to be fully in control of your world? and it will only ever be up to you what you do with it!

things can change in a day. your 3d can look so… deranged? if you will? and yet, you could still get your desire the same exact day. NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY YOUR DESIRES FROM YOU BUT YOU!!!

all you'll ever have is NOW. the past and the future are not real, they only exist in your mind. memories are only imaginal acts. thinking of the past or future are only mere imaginal acts. waiting for the future is an illusion, because the future is not real. the only thing that is real is right now.

waiting for your desires to appear in flesh is denying yourself from fulfillment, denying yourself of fulfillment is the greatest sin of all.

word = solidified concept; world created = desire appearing in the flesh this quote means that a bundle of desires had become a solidified concept before they were realized. a solidified concept means that they had become part of SELF. they had joined the concept of SELF through fulfilment. and what's the one law? expression. self expressed itself, and the world, your world, was created.

the only opportunity you have to give yourself your desire is NOW. stop running away. stop waiting for the future. stop waiting to get into the void. you do not exist in the future, you exist in the now. so shut up and experience it within imagination, become aware of the version of your outer identity that already exists.

you experience and become one with your desire by accepting it, and you do that through fulfilling self. you don't fulfill self by saying "it's gonna happen tomorrow or i give up." girl NO. you say "it's mine right now because i said so," and imagine you are the version of you that has it. imagine the things you would do, the things you'd have, everything. keep going back to that imagination and fulfill yourself as much as you need, until anxiety becomes peace.

want to hear it from me, whose mind was constantly ridden with thoughts of suicide? after a month, i let go and gave myself all that i wanted, WITHIN. i ignored the 3D that wasn't validating me. and i just GAVE myself the FUCKING feelings. because i didn't care. i just wanted to feel GOOD. and i felt more than good. i was ecstatic. joyful. i cried. i kept going there anytime i needed to, and completely ignored the 3d. i imagined it conforming and lived like that. and you know what? that's when all of my desires started pouring in. so listen to me, and give yourself the fucking feelings, because that's all you'll ever need.

you have to give it to yourself, that's the only way you'll ever get it.

let’s talk about imagination.

everything stems from imagination (the 4d). imagination is the source of all creation, and you cannot escape it. your assumptions, thoughts, state, 3d, etc. are all apart of it. the way something manifests is when an idea is accepted in imagination, meaning you identify with it. the reason that imagination is reality is that once you imagine something, you experienced it. yes, you actually experienced it. however, you’re who chooses what you want to accept as true into your world. this is why things, such as intrusive thoughts dont manifest. lets say you have an intrusive thought about you punching your best friend as you’re talking w them. it will not manifest and you wont actually punch them because you’re not truly identifying with that idea. you don’t actually intend for that. it’s the same reason why not every thought comes to fruition.

all thoughts manifest ❌ , thoughts you identify w/accept as true manifest (A.K.A. assumptions) ✅

now, what most people fail to realize with these methods is that the goal should not be to change your 3d. i understand that’s what you want, but you actually need to leave it alone. the 3d will change on its own. once you are attempting to change your 3d you are in the state of “trying” or of “lack.” the most important thing you should know is that manifesting isn’t about “trying” ITS ABOUT BEING. manifestation is instant already, so there’s nothing else that needs to happen except you realizing that you really do have it.

you can do what you want to manifest, as long as it’s helping you realize it's yours.

changing self has nothing to do with the 3d so it really makes me laugh when people are like “i tried to manifest and i went and bought $10,000 worth of clothing and still didn’t become rich” because again, they didn’t change their imagination, they tried to change the 3d. life doesn’t happen to you, it happens through you. that’s all the 3d is, AN EXPRESSION OF SELF. when you’re unsatisfied with your circumstances, look within instead of instantly seeing the 3D as the enemy.
