The MIT grad student responsible for the amazing and long awaited black hole photographs that were before just a figment of amorphous scientific predictions. This is a very big success for the science world and for all women in STEM, and a big step forward of what was once just mere calculations. Yet, I have seen barely any mention of the woman responsible.

Y’all remember her and spread her legacy. It’s about time we recognize women of science and all women in history for their accomplishments!  🔬 🌎 🌑
