we begin to live when we pay attention to what we are doing in the moment and fully living that thing we are doing.

living happens when we switch our mindset to acknowledge that living isn't something that is somehow different or separate from the tasks of everyday life.

living happens when we're able to be mindful, which can be a very difficult thing to do. it may be something we can't do until we change our circumstances, and that's okay.

just do whatever you can, whenever you can. it will help. i promise.
