I was reading some transformers fanfiction and it's a solely underutilized idea to have humans and Cybertronians be in a symbiotic relationship. In nature all the time big animals will rely on smaller animals' help.

For example humans could give repairs, clean them, and help them reach smaller places. Cybertronians can give transportation and protection of course. They're emotional benefits too; humans are really nice soft things to touch and humans like having big robot friends :3.

So I'm imagining transformers realize how useful it is to have a human partner around so they start going around trying to get one. Anyways this leads to shenanigans of course and a lot of cracky moments.

The random human who owns the driveway: ...

Because he wants to. Because he's in love with the world. Biggest fucking sweetheart ever. I'm ill I'm sick I'm in physical pain thinking about him

Maverick stood up slowly, about 10 meters away he could see the remnants of a fire that had been burning for a while before flickering out. He headed towards the orange glow and promptly tripped over someone lying on the floor, falling face first into the sand on top of them. Maverick groaned, how embarrassing.

The person shoved at him with a grunt and he scrambled off of whoever they were, mortified. “Sorry” he whisper shouted as he put a meter's worth of space between them. “But who are you?”

“You're awake then” the figure grumbled with a heavy Slavic accent, completely ignoring his previous question. Maverick guessed Russian from the pronunciation. Although the words fell out of their mouth in a soft way that was unfairly hot. Nope: don’t go there maverick. “I am awake, how long was I out?” he asked instead. He could guess the other man was the soviet pilot he’d accidentally fired at when the safety clasp on the trigger failed him. Opposite him he could hear some rustling and a click before a lighter illuminated the space. The Russian used it to look at his watch. “Anywhere between 4 to 6 hours. My watch says it’s 4am but that was set to the time in Russia, which I don’t think we’re in right now”

Icemav fic idea

GUYS GUYS GUYS what if…. Hear me out. Maverick is a pilot for the U.S. navy and Iceman is a pilot for the Russian navy and they end up getting into a dog fight after iceman is sent into U.S. airspace. They both end up crashing in a third world/lowly populated area and they have to (grudgingly) work together to make it to back to the Naval base Mav flew out of (because Ice is caught on American soil whether he likes it or not) and maybe they catch feelings along the way?!?! I have no writing skills but if some angel wrote a fic about this I would acc love them!
