Even Kogami can be slow sometimes.
Behold! Another week, another Tuesday. Here are some things folk have made with their very own scissors. Yes, that’s right. Perhaps some pens, glue, even paints were involved. Let’s not jump to conclusions. Here, have some collages for your troubles.
I’m listening to The Crpytid Keeper podcast and the first episode is about skin-walkers and probably the scariest thing about them is that they can mimic voices of people you know to lure you outside. This reminded me of a creepypasta I listened to years ago where a girl heard her mom call from upstairs, but then her mom grabbed her as she went by and was like, “That wasn’t me.”
So, just imagine SPR is investigating this big, old house. Mai goes off to adjust a camera and when she comes out of the room, she hears Naru call her name from another room down the hall. When she looks towards the room, the door is sitting slightly ajar. She doesn’t move because she’s a little scared for some reason. What’s Naru doing in that room? They don’t have cameras there, just a mic for the hallway. She takes a hesitant step when someone suddenly grabs her wrist and quickly covers her mouth, effectively silencing her gasp.
It’s Lin. He looks ever so slightly alarmed, but it’s barely noticeable. He says quietly, “Naru’s in base.”
Meanwhile, back in base, Naru’s staring confused at the door because Lin just threw his headphones down without a word and rushed out of the room.

I've been spending far too much of my time trying to learn medieval illumination techniques
one of my first semi-successful attempts at fore edge painting! done on an old paperback of aesop's fables.
+ some glamour shots:
when your otp has an honest talk only in dire situations, like when they’re running full tilt being carried by the wind shouting at the top of their lungs
(the movie made this flying thing so romantic, but the book version is basically ‘howl and sophie scream into the wind as it slams them back to the castle’)
and for the kids too
I’m really sorry for this veeeeery late update. A lot of things happened in between, however, I’m so happy to finally be able to share this to you!! I’ve been poring over this short story, rekindling my motivation and delving into the GH world again with a lot of nostalgia.
A heartfelt thank you to @csakuras for helping me with some blurry kanji a few years back (this really is a long time coming, sorry T_T). I wrote my thoughts posted after the Notes here about 3 years ago, and I still think the same so nothing much was changed except some elaborations.
I will still be busy due to online classes, but I have restarted on Bou-san’s story. I will come back with his story next time~
Enjoy reading~
(Extra Note: The line breaks always disappear when I have people tagged correctly, so I just used dashes instead T_T)

Shiho Inada’s Lin-centric doujinshi was worth it just for these bits with Lin & the twins. XD
First one: Gene goes for a sympathy ploy to get Lin to answer his questions. (“I don’t remember my real father very well, but I think he was tall like you”)
Second: Not knowing how to talk to the twins, Lin decides to reveal that he knows Japanese, but it comes out as broken Japanese.
