You had woken up early in the morning, the thought had been swirling in your mind for weeks now. The appointment had been set for a while, all that was left to do was go to the tattoo parlor, without Ellie knowing or becoming suspicious.

You shake your head. “No, I'll be okay, baby, but thanks for offering.” You move to sit up and stretch, groaning as you rub the sleep from your eyes. Giggling, you look over to her with a smile and a glint in your eye. She quirks her brow at you, “What's that look for?” You wink at her, fidgeting with your hands, “Oh, nothing, I just love you.”
She keeps her eyebrow raised but doesn't say anything else and nods.
“I better start getting ready, I'll be back in time for your stream though”, you say, kissing the side of her cheek. She nods and smiles up at you. “Okay, baby, I'll be here.” You stand up to get ready, wearing a simple outfit consisting of a tight-fitting cropped tank top, throwing a hoodie over that, and some sweatpants, while also pulling your hair out of your face and into a bun. You glance back at Ellie lying down, curled up in the blankets, she's scrolling on her phone absentmindedly.
“I'll be back in a few hours, baby,” you say, looking down while tying your shoes. She looks up at you, nodding, “Okay, baby, I love you, text if you need anything.” You smile and start to walk out, closing the door and heading out to your car. You start to drive to the tattoo parlor, nerves building up, wondering if she'll even like them or not. You bite your lip but shake your head, knowing what you're thinking is just your anxiety talking.
You park outside, taking a deep breath before stepping out and heading inside. Greeted by the receptionist, you wait to be called back while signing a consent form. Taken back to the room, you lie down on the bed, waiting for the piercer to come into the room. When it's done and over with, you look at them in the mirror, you gasp and thank the piercer, and go to the front to pay. You run a few more errands before going home.

You walk out of the room after a while to go make dinner, you continue to hear Ellie screaming at the chat, laughing, you roll your eyes.
