Reblog if you genuinely support asexuals

It terrifies me that there’s so much raging passion in the lgbt+ community that insist on marginalizing asexuals and implying that asexuals don’t deserve to have safe spaces. There’s still so much acephobia so I just wanna know which blogs are genuinely supportive and a safe space for asexuals

Officer Bun-Bun Cookies and Detective Novels at 01:00 Ch.3

Links: P/1/2

Ryusei didn’t know what to expect when it came to Nodoka working at the Tres Spades. His promise to Manami Kishi was already proving to be a difficult task. Eisuke and Eito both decided Nodoka should have a job in security for the hotel with her background in self defense. The job would be perfect for her if she wasn’t curious about the hotel. He knew she could sense something wasn’t right.

Nodoka’s first day of work had been easy enough for Ryusei and Eito to monitor. When Ryusei had Ice Dragon business to deal with Eito would monitor Nodoka via security cameras. When Eito had his meetings, Ryusei could watch Nodoka while doing some of the paper work he had been neglecting for the past week.

It was the events two weeks after that proved to be more difficult. She had been assigned to work in the I.V.C. specifically by Eisuke. Soryu and Ryusei attempted to argue with the King; it was too close to the Tea Party.

“It will be fine,” the rich man had argued, “We will be able to watch her and be able to go.”

Before the Ohs could object to the decision, Ryosuke Inui came barreling into the room. His shirt was unruly disheveled.

“Boss! Young Boss,” he gasped out, “The Auctioneer is having some difficulty with one of the participants tonight.”

Smirking as if he had had the finally word, Eisuke turned to walk off while the father and son were discussing with their subordinate to resolve the issue between the Hatter and the Mudstacks.

“We’ll just have to talk to the Mudstacks ourselves,” hissed the father.

Their shoes smacked against the polished marble floor as they raced down to the basement- their previous fear forgotten. The Mudstacks weren’t even a speck of sand compared to the Ice Dragons. Ryusei was certain the issue would be resolved as soon as they stepped foot onto the backstage of the Auctions.

His father let out a sigh as the stepped into the elevator, “This day is proving to be a nuisance.”

“I’ve heard from one of the businesses that we protect the Mudstacks have been snooping around on our territory,” the son responded, “We could just deal with them now.”

The father hummed in agreement. They let the Mudstacks have their fun. It was time they learned what was hierarchy.

Officer Bun-Bun Cookies and Detective Novels at 01:00 Ch. 2

Note: Prologue / Ch. 1

After the dinner, Nodoka’s parents left when they were done crushing her in a giant goodbye death grip they called a hug. Her parents smelled of the familiar scent of cigarettes as she hugged them back just as tightly. Her dorm smelt unnaturally clean. It lacked the after smell of tobacco products she was accustomed to smelling. It didn’t smell like her old man.

“Bye, Daddy,” she whispered softly as her father’s car had driven away from the Tres Spades.

She slipped to the floor with exhaustion. It had taken all of her strength not to jump in front of the moving car and tell her parents it was a joke. Moving out was a big step for the nineteen year old; all her friends had traveled the great big world or went to boarding schools in other countries while she had been born and raised in the same area.

She sat up straight when remembering Ryusei was supposed to visit tonight. Here she was slacking on the floor when she should have been unpacking.

‘Eh, it’s just Ryusei anyways,’ she concluded to herself, ‘Isn’t like he should care.’

A knock sounded against the door alerting Nodoka of a possible visitor. Her arms pushed her off the floor with ease as she rushed to her feet. She peeped through the peep hole to see who was at the door. The raven haired heir of the Ice Dragons stood proud as he waited patiently for his friend to open the door. She noticed a blue paper bag in his hand with a grey bow plopped halphazardly onto the surface. He lifted his other hand to the back of his head as he waited; Nodoka caught a glimpse of the very end of the tail of his dragon tattoo. The intricate swirl was fascinating, but he didn’t like to show off the imprint. He made it is overall mission to keep people from seeing it.

She shook her head; she had been terribly distracted peeping out at him. She unlocked the bolt and lock on the door before swiftly opening her dorm to Ryusei.

“Hi, Ryusei,” she beamed up to the boy.

The boy nodded to his childhood friend before gently shoving the present into the defined arms of Nodoka. She gestured him inside with a swipe of her left hand.

“Come in,” she spoke up, “It’s a mess right now, but it isn’t polite to make you stand outside either.”

He shrugged off his work shoes at the door with his feet. His hair fell into his dark eyes giving Nodoka’s friend a less menacing appearance. He huffed the strands away from his sight to peer up to the girl.

“Well, are you going to open it,” he asked.

She blinked questioningly at Ryusei forgetting she had a present in her arms.

“Oh,” she simply stated.

The boy smirked at his friend mischievously, “That’s my name.”

Nodoka let out a snort at his lame attempt of a joke before punching his shoulder lightly. Her fingers felt the package cautiously. It appeared to be soft and flexible suggesting clothes, but Ryusei hated girls’ clothing sections. They were too close to perfume sections in stores. She stared up at the young adult exasperated as to what had made him brave the aisles with pungent odor lurking everywhere he went.

“Ryosuke went to pick it up,” he murmured, “I just had it made. Mom said you’d like it.”

Nodoka smirked at her usually composed friend before returning her attention back to the present in her grasp. She opened the paper bag to discover a dark blue and grey Qipao with a small golden emblem of a dragon on the sleeves that would easily be missed if no one were searching for the small detail.

“Ryu-kun,” she whispered out, “It’s beautiful; thank you for the gift!”

The boy scratched the back of his neck. Even though they were friends, she had never used the suffix to describe him. It was always just Ryusei. He forced the blush away only for it to return when the petite girl hugged him.

“You always know how to cheer me up,” she smiled.

Her eyelashes fluttered gracefully as if competing against a butterfly’s wings. Ryusei noticed the warmth missing just minutes ago from the orbs.

“So,” Nodoka trailed off, “How was Hong Kong?”

The Dragon sighed. His time in Hong Kong had been exhausting and troublesome. The Bell Crickets’ heir, Wei Lee, had been dabbling into drug affairs on Ice Dragon territory. The guy was a year younger than him and had an odd acquaintance with Yumeka. Ryusei was only in the area to explain the treachery to Simon Lee. Simon Lee eventually had Wei removed from the area to handle other issues in a branch overseas to settle the invasion of territory.

“That bad, huh,” asked Nodoka with a sincere smile on her face.

“Just the Bell Crickets’ heir throwing a tantrum,” he groaned.

Officer Bun-Bun Cookies and Detective Novels At 01:00 Ch. 1

Note: Here is the link to the prologue if you haven’t read it.

Nodoka’s parents were happy for their daughter to their own degree. Happy she had made it through the first stages of life fairly unscathed, yes. Happy they created such a wonderful daughter, yes. They were the happiest to see her smile reach her gorgeous eyes. The beautiful pair of dark orbs made it the hardest part of leaving Tres Spades for Mamoru, but he hadn’t left yet. He had to remind himself Eisuke’s wife had invited them to a dinner party. Then he would leave his daughter to the rest of the world.

“Mamoru, you’re a total space cadet today,” his wife Manami stared up into his eyes worryingly, “Are you okay?”

Mamoru fumbled with the breast pocket on his shirt for the new pack of cigarettes he had shoved in an hour prior.

“’course I’m fine,“ he grumbled, “Fine as sake.”

His little wife wasn’t fooled; her husband was just too prideful to admit it. Her penciled in brow was raised while she gave him a knowing smirk. The smile lines were still present on the left side of her face from all the years of smiling like no one was watching.

“You know,” she trailed off, “Nodoka being out of the house means you can’t keep boys from declaring their undying love for her, right?”

Mamoru glared at his wife, “They were just a bunch of punks hangin’ outside her bedroom window! Outside of a cop’s house, mind ya.”

The woman barked out a laugh, “and the ten year old that confessed a few weeks ago?”

Mamoru’s cheeks flamed over with an irritated red blush, “He’s a punk too, Sweetheart.”

Their daughter rushed back into the dormitory, “Hey, Mom, are these the same dorms you stayed in before you met dad?”

“Yes, they have been renovated since then,“ she spoke cheerfully, “Mr. Ichinomiya takes pride in his palaces that’s for sure.“

The mother daughter duo was about to converse fully on the King’s palace before a text message went off with a loud ping. Mamoru checked his phone to see it had been Eisuke’s wife.

Are you done moving Nodoka into the dormitories yet?

He slowly replied a yes to the woman. He had never enjoyed touch screen phones. His fingers always pressed more than one letter, and he always cracked the screen at work.

“They’re waitin’ on us,“ he spoke out to the two women in his life.

He smiled as he watched his daughter walk in front of the parents to the hotel. His arm was snug around his wife. He had remembered how nervous she had been the night before. Her worry had since dissipated into a black hole after Ryusei and Eito had promised to keep her daughter away from the basement earlier that morning.

The elevator opened gracefully showing the golden round buttons on the large panel. His wife removed the key card she had gotten all those years ago from the pocket of her skirt. She slid the card into the slot carefully as if some mysterious force on the other side of the panel would eat the key. The elevator closed with a ding as they were lifted to the fifty first floor. The doors opened to reveal the familiar penthouse the Kishi family was used to. The red couches had been replaced with another expensive couch of a crimson color, and the wallpaper had been replaced frequently over the years due to Mrs. Ichinomiya.

“There they are,” smiled a tall stunning lady known as the Queen, “It’s been a while since we last met up for dinner!”

Eri Ichinomiya was a kind but compelling woman with her own chain of inns scattered around Japan. She wasn’t the type to allow Eisuke to boss her around, and she often refuses him the simplest requests to make sure he knew she wore the pants in the relationship.

Behind her, on the red plush couch, was the King and his first born son Eito. Eito rolled his eyes at Nodoka.

“I still don’t understand why she insists on staying with the rest of the commoners,” he spoke begrudgingly while sipping on his coffee.

“Maybe because she enjoys being normal, Ichinomiya,” called a rich baritone voice on another couch a few feet away from the one the Ichinomiya’s were occupying.

Ryusei smirked at his best friend while sitting up from his slouch. His mother, a respected tattoo artist, sat admiring the scene play out in front of her. She was a jolly, reasonable woman who had aged well.

“Play nice, Ryusei,” his mother teased halfheartedly, “We can’t have you making enemies with your best friend over living arrangements.”

“Tatsu, let the boys be boys,” Soryu smiled at his lovable wife.

Between the two parents, was a thirteen year old girl giggling happily. Yumeka Oh jumped to her feet and tackled Nodoka into a hug.

“Hello to you too, young dragon princess,” Nodoka bowed lowly.

Yumeka continued to giggle at the older girl’s antics. Ryusei’s eyes softened as he watched his sister’s bubbly behavior. It was the happiest she had been in weeks after the incident at the boarding school she went to. Soryu had to pull her from school for the obvious safety concern. It was the first time since the incident she had been allowed out of the large Ice Dragons compound in Japan.

The Kisakis and Babas sat mischievously together with Mrs. Baba on the Modern Lupin’s lap. Moa and Hinata sat whispering to each other naughtily. Moa’s eyes kept switching from Hinata’s honey colored orbs to Eito’s rich ones.

“Moa, dearest,” her mother sang, “May I know what you’re plotting?”

The auburn haired girl shook her head no quickly with a smile on her face. Her mother, Tsukiko, pouted on her husband’s shoulder.

“Mitsunari, she’s holding secrets from mommy and daddy,” she sobbed.

The thief sighed, “Moa wouldn’t dare hide a secret from daddy.”

Eito’s eyeing Moa went unnoticed to the parents in the room.

“Who would wanna tell an old man like you there secrets anyways,” Mrs. Kisaki lashed out.

While the Babas and Kisakis did their comedic spill, Nodoka walked over to the Ohs and sat down next to Ryusei.

“So how was Hong Kong,” she asked her friend.

“It was okay, I guess,” he grumbled out, “I’ll tell you more later.”

Nodoka nodded her head. Her parents were by the window smoking a cigarette each. Her mother must have been really worried about her. Minami hadn’t smoked in four years.

“Your mom called me earlier,” the dark haired boy began, “She made me promise to look after you.”

Nodoka groaned in embarassment, “They’re both worried.”

Ryusei scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. He couldn’t tell her why they were troubled by the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. He was saved from having to touch up on the subject by Eri’s jovial voice saying the casserole was ready to eat.

The families sat beside one another bickering with their family as dinner progressed. Ryusei stared at the girl in front of him as she jabbed at her father’s inability to remember to wash his hands before eating. He would look out for her. She was his friend after all.

Officer Bun-Bun Cookies and Detective Novels At 01:00 Prologue:

Just some fluff

Summary: Nodoka isn’t a child anymore; she has grown into a beautiful young lady with no clue of what the future has in store for her. When Eisuke offers her an oppritunity to work at the famous Tres Spades, she moves out of her parents’ home.

The time had come for the slacker detective’s daughter to leave the nest. She had packed her things with a promising smile on her face for the future to come. Nodoka wasn’t sure what she wanted to become; her “Uncle” Eisuke suggested to work at the Tres Spades. Her father was less than pleased to discover the CEO had swept his daughter up into the damned hotel.

“Dad, I’ll be careful,” she had said, “Besides, it isn’t like I’ll be alone. Eito and Ryusei are always there.”

She had mentioned the two boys to calm her old man’s heart, but it only made him worry more. Two boys around his little girl?

His wife placed her hand on her weary husband’s shoulder as she comforted him, “Mamoru, she’ll be okay. The guys wouldn’t let anything bad happen to her anyway.”

The slacker huffed out a sigh. It was a pain in the ass to think about the guys from the penthouse.

“You were once one of them too,“ his wife reminded him with a teasing smile.

Nodoka smiled up at her father, “Mom worked there, and she’s fine.”

Her parents tensed up after she mentioned her mother’s previous occupation. They hadn’t told her about the auctions or how her parents met. She just knew it had something to do with the hotel, and, by their reaction, it was something they didn’t want her to find out.

Her boxes were taped shut just like her childhood - closed for the next chapter in her life. Some would go with her into the next adventure while the rest would be donated. Nodoka’s mother wiped at her cheeks as she stared at the younger woman; It was time to let her go. Nodoka heaved a box into her well defined arms with ease. All those years of Kendo made her well toned. Mamoru was proud of his daughter; a tear slipped from his eyes as he watched his little girl. He had told Eisuke all those years ago he would never let him have Nodoka, and now he had her. The King always got what he wanted.

Mamoru heard the trunk slam shut from his car. During his reminiscing he had missed a few minutes he could have had with his beautiful daughter.

“You okay, Old Man,” she asked her dad.

Mamoru chuckled at Nodoka’s jab before pulling her to him for a hug. He started to rub his stubble on her cheek.

“Dad,” she puffed, “You know I hate when you do that!”

Her father only chuckled at her.

‘It isn’t like I’ll never get to see her again,’ he thought reassuringly.

She slouched into the back seat as her parents sat in the front. They were to help her unload her boxes from the car and into the dormitories. Eisuke had told her she could live in one of the penthouse suites, but she refused the offer.

“Are you excited, Nodoka,” her ever worrying mother asked.

“Yeah, it’ll be an interesting experience,” she spoke up.

“I bet it will be with Eisuke’s son around,” Nodoka’s mother began, “He is much like his father, and his father hates boredom.”
